The two Jin Dynasties were probably the most chaotic period in China, as were the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms.
Read history and gain wisdom.
It's worth reading, it has a bit of a flavor of those things in the Ming Dynasty. It allows us to understand something in a general way.
Thoughts after viewing
Personal bias: The framework is unclear and events are arranged haphazardly. The highlight is the introduction of many characters. After reading it, I can roughly understand the turmoil of the Western Jin Dynasty, but the reasons for the turmoil still do not give a new or convincing perspective.
Read this book.
Nice book.
