My sister-in-law is an avid vegetarian. My niece wanted to be fed a vegan diet since she was a baby. Even my niece's milk powder has to be replaced with soy milk. As a pediatrician, I strongly oppose this approach. Finally, with the insistence of her family, the niece was able to eat normally. However, whenever my niece encountered setbacks, her sister-in-law would say, "You were supposed to be a vegetarian baby with lots of blessings, but it was your uncle who ruined your future." She held a grudge against me and eventually poisoned me to death. When I opened my eyes and woke up, I went back to the day when my sister-in-law asked for my opinion. This time, I decided to keep it secret and let the situation unfold.
