About This Novel
"Three Kingdoms" was written by Chen Shou of the Western Jin Dynasty. It has a total of sixty-five volumes, including thirty volumes of "Book of Wei", fifteen volumes of "Book of Shu", and twenty volumes of "Book of Wu". It mainly describes the history of the Three Kingdoms period, and is called the "First Four Histories" together with "Shi Ji", "Han Shu" and "Hou Han Shu". Pei Song of the Southern Song Dynasty annotated it and quoted more than 200 writings by people from the Wei and Jin Dynasties, enriching the text itself of Chen Shou's "Three Kingdoms".

When the book is used, I will regret it. Many words cannot be read!
I estimated that I spent over a hundred hours reading this book. I read more than half of the chapters twice at that time, which is also my own reading habit. After reading it, I felt deeply about Prime Minister Zhuge's dedication and thoughtful instructions. In addition, regarding Zhong Hui's grievances, his former subordinates finally defended him, and those who were exonerated were also deeply moved. Cao Cao's hidden universe and Liu Bei's talents are indeed extraordinary. When reading The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the section about cooking wine and discussing heroes was so exciting that I had to sigh after reading it. In the last part, Sun Hao's cruelty should not be inferior to that of Xia Jie and Shang Zhou, right?
The combination of ancient prose and annotations not only allows you to learn it by yourself, but the annotations also provide great convenience to some good scholars. If this continues, you can understand the Chronicle of the Three Kingdoms by yourself.
This book is divided into several volumes, and each chapter has a specific story and corresponding annotations. The explanations for us are really good, especially the annotations, which provide a lot of convenience for everyone.
