About This Novel
The girl was tired after all. In the past ten years or so, she had tried to break free from the shackles so many times. Even though she failed again and again, even though she was covered with wounds, she was still so stubborn and heartbreaking. However, this time, the feeling of powerlessness flowing through her limbs and bones was so clear that she could no longer deceive herself. The crystal water droplets slid down her cheeks, washing away the carefully painted makeup. Standing blankly, she looked like an exquisite doll at the mercy of others. What should I be able to do, I thought, I couldn't think of anything, but I was convinced that this would be enough. "Come with me." "Where to go?" "I don't know." "What are you going for?" "I don't know." "Then why go?" "Because I want to take you there." I finally said those words, as if everything was natural.
