A Chinese Medicine Girl's Notes on the Mind
by Dayuan
About This Novel
As a descendant of a family of traditional Chinese medicine, Wen Shu studied the art of Qihuang with his grandfather since he was a child. Not only is he familiar with sight, hearing, inquiry, and the theory of herbal medicine, but he also unexpectedly awakened a pair of "eyes in the sky" that can penetrate falsehoods. When she entered the university campus, she originally wanted to protect a simple and pure dormitory friendship as an ordinary student. Unexpectedly, his roommate Qin Yanxiang is warm and bright on the surface, but in fact he is vain and selfish. He weaves a halo with lies and sows discord with calculations. Every aspect of Qin Yanxiang's illusions cannot escape Wen Shu's traditional Chinese medicine eyes, which can detect colors and pulses, let alone the truth reflected by the heavenly eye. Wen Shu's knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine allowed her to detect clues from the other person's words, deeds, and expressions: the weak Qi and weak pulse when deliberately showing off, and the sluggish complexion after fabricating lies, could not escape her "diagnostic" eyes; and the accidental activation of the heavenly eye revealed the truth about Qin Yanxiang's squandering other people's sincerity and forging family background. Wen Shu uses Qi Huang to guard his original mind, and uses his wise eyes to observe people and even their hearts.
