This is a work of reportage. Ninghai County Public Construction Management Center, referred to as Ninghai County Public Construction Center, was established in May 2006. Its main responsibility is to accept the commission from the county government and undertake the construction work of non-profit government investment projects except urban construction, transportation, water conservancy and other projects. As the pace of economic development in Ninghai County accelerates, government investment projects in education, culture, health and other areas have increased significantly, and the role of the Ninghai County Public Construction Center has become increasingly prominent. This book uses 17 chapters to record the construction of three representative projects: Ninghai County First Hospital Expansion Project, Ninghai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Relocation Project, and Ninghai County Shili Hongzhuang Cultural Park Project. It uses reportage to show readers the process of establishing the image of the "Public Construction Iron Army" of the Ninghai County Public Construction Center.
