Why turn off the lights when you are afraid of ghosts? Wouldn't it turn on the lights to illuminate the whole city? The author's thinking is very strange

How about writing about a little female ghost who doesn't kill many people but does less evil, enjoys herself with others, and kills two hundred people, but that's not too many.
