This is the final chapter of the "Neanderthal Trilogy". In the first two parts, Ponte Bodite, a Neanderthal from a parallel world, and Maria Vaughn, a biologist from the Homo sapiens world, shuttled between the two worlds and helped the two sides establish a friendship. The two also gradually came together during the communication process. In this book, Ponte and Maria hope to establish a stable relationship.
