Although I haven't started watching it yet, I have heard about it. I was already ready to buy the physical book, but I didn't expect the electronic version to be released! This is a rare science fiction masterpiece in China, and some people say it is comparable to The Three-Body Problem. I must support Jiang Bo's first novel no matter what!
You can really blow it downstairs, is it even comparable to the three-body system? After reading six chapters, I still don't see any remarkable imagination. There are also a lot of boring plots. From the first chapter, it starts talking about the golden planet. It's outdated, isn't it? Things like the Golden City were still popular in the last century, but they became less popular after 2000. Look what the Three Body people are doing!
This book feels a bit like playing... Mass Effect...123 Series. The writing is quite good, but in terms of character creation, most of the protagonists are a bit mediocre. Instead, the character creation and description of some supporting characters are refined and distinctive. Then some of the detailed settings of the sociology of the universe in the book always felt a bit awkward. But it's also possible that I just read the first volume. Everything in this world has not yet unfolded. I hope that the second and third volumes will get better and better.
