About This Novel
This book is a novel of the same name as the film "Six Years, Six Days" presented as a gift to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is produced by China Film Co., Ltd. This book tells the story of Lu Yuan and Song Xiaoduo who met as Olympic volunteers. During the past six years, Lu Yuan was arranged by his father to serve as a college student village official in the suburbs of Beijing. Song Xiaoduo also chose to study abroad. The two could only meet each other at the Bird's Nest on August 8 every year. Until Xiaoduo returned to China after studying, Lu Yuan became an outstanding grassroots Communist Party member. Along with the growth and transformation process of the two people, they realized the value of life and gained beautiful love at the same time.
