The world view is similar to the Japanese comic Blood Blockade Battlefront, where another world invades the earth. The protagonist is the winner of the Hell-funded outstanding scholarship, aka the spokesperson of Sadan. A lot of the content in it is a bit stitched, but the reading experience is okay.
