Playboy is not very disgusting, but the fault is that the author describes the protagonist and women too much. There is also a point where the protagonist was threatened and intimidated many times by several people and then he wanted to take revenge. It took almost 100 chapters to kill a small supervisor who threatened him, and then he used the same way to describe women. It was really uncomfortable and frustrating.
