Growing up, this is my favorite classic book. The translation greatly affects reading. I personally prefer Sun Zhili's version. The old man later re-translated it, which is the current new version. I love Jane Austen so much, I probably bought all the versions of all the novels. This favorite book only has more than 200,000 words. It is not an exaggeration to say that I have read it a hundred times. In addition, the British BBC has produced a TV series that fully respects the original work. There are only a few episodes, and it is very exciting. The visuals are similar to old movies due to age issues. The heroine is beautiful and arrogant, but it is indeed a bit too much, but this is the most respectful of the original work. The movie that everyone has watched most about Pride and Prejudice is the 2005 version of the movie starring Keira Knightley. This is also the movie that has changed the most. The highlight is that the male and female protagonists are well interpreted and the adaptation is very successful. If you like the author Jane Austen, you can get to know this extraordinary woman. The movie based on her, "Becoming Jane", starring Anne Hathaway, is also a good movie. Maybe I talked a bit too much and didn't introduce much. I just made some peripheral recommendations to friends who like it.
