The author's creativity and writing style are okay. One suggestion is that when the protagonist is pretending, it is best not to spend too much time on how others are shocked and how miserable they feel. Appropriate description of other people's reactions is necessary, but if it goes too far, it can easily become embarrassing. Personal opinion.
Why should a well-written book go against the grain? Make the protagonist a tool? Just wipe out the abnormal IQ of the protagonist and treat the protagonist as just a tool. Then you might as well just write about this weird shop. Without the protagonist, there is no core. It's just fun to watch. It's just all kinds of fantasies in the head. The protagonist is an indescribable thing or an evil god, but the protagonist doesn't know anything. Is it fun?
