About This Novel
I am just a cat, meow. My master lived in a castle in the town of Florence, which was said to have been left to him by his great-great-great-grandfather. My owner is a rich and stingy man. The house is dilapidated and in disrepair. The weather in Florence is so bad that it leaks when it rains. My owner is a poor little old man with no neighbors or friends. His only friends are me and the smelly parrot. But I hate him more and more. He is always self-righteous and brings back one annoying animal on his own initiative. Doesn't he know that cats and they are natural enemies? One day I will run away from home and leave this ghost place.
