About This Novel

Zitong has a long history. It was established as a county in the 22nd year of King Zhaoxiang of Qin Dynasty (285 BC). The Qiqushan Temple, the birthplace of Wenchang culture, Li Yeque in the Han Dynasty, and Tang Dynasty cliff carvings in Wolong Mountain are national cultural relics protection units. The Cuiyun Corridor of Shu Road with "three hundred miles and one hundred thousand trees" passes through it. The former site of the nuclear industry base "China's Two Bomb City" and numerous Red Army ruins have formed a tourist landscape pattern of "two cities, three mountains, and one water" in the county. "History of Zitong" introduces the economic and social development and progress of Zitong to readers, and displays Zitong's unique folk culture, folk culture and cultural relics.
