These anomalies are no longer urban legends, but a spreading reality. The rule is: the more forgotten, the more powerful, the more feared, the more real. A water ghost that has been forgotten by the world for hundreds of years may crawl out of a dry well and possess the first viewer just because a short video is recirculated. The city has become a feeding ground for memories and fears, and "reality" is being quietly corroded.
