The May 7th Cadre School is the product of China's special historical period. Since 1968, 106 ministries and commissions, including the General Office of the Central Committee and the State Council, have decentralized the May 7th Cadre School. Various colleges, academics, and literary and artistic institutions have established provincial and local cadre schools one after another. A large number of experts, scholars, and leading cadres have been decentralized to the cadre school. The May 7th Cadre School has existed for a total of 11 years.
