This interview is a transcript of Mr. Chen Xiaonan's interview with Mr. Du Gao, the host of Phoenix TV Chinese Channel's "Oral History". It is also a transcript of the lines of the "Oral History" and "Du Gao Files" programs. The interview took place on March 16, 2005. This text was provided to this publication by Mr. Dugo. The title was drafted by the editor, and it has two meanings: first, as long as social life is abnormal and the Dogo disaster is caused, you also have a share of responsibility; second, you may also have such a file, so the Dogo incident did not lead to it. It can only be said to be a fluke, not inevitable. As for time, of course it refers to the era that has passed. Chen Xiaonan: In mainland China, everyone has his or her own file. What is recorded in the file is the "organization's" identification and evaluation of a person's growth process. And everyone's files are stored and retained according to level, system, etc.
