About This Novel
This book is a supplement to the poetry of Lianxi studies based on the existing literature on Lianxi studies in ancient and modern times. Specifically, five types of documents were collected and searched carefully. First, there are existing Lianxi studies documents in the academic circle; second, local chronicles of various relevant places over the past dynasties; third, separate collections and general collections of ancient Confucian scholars. Among these three categories, the first choice is the printed edition of the ancients' separate collections, the second is the printed edition of the ancient comprehensive collections, series of books, and similar books, the third is the photocopied version, and finally the selection of the comprehensive collections, series, and similar books compiled by contemporary people. To keep the writing concise, each manuscript is abbreviated and noted at the end of the chapter. The fourth category is collections of poems and essays by Korean gentlemen, all of which come from two large series of books that can be called the Four Complete Books of Korea - "Korean Anthology Series" and "Korean Anthology Series". The fifth category is that collections of poems and essays by Japanese gentlemen are mostly from Japan's large-scale Confucian series - "Xuxu Congshu Leicong", "Xuxu Congshu Leicong", "Japan Confucianism Series" and special collections of Japanese scholars. There are at least 110 kinds of documents mentioned above.
