The Qin and Han Dynasties were an important historical period for the formation and development of my country's unified multi-ethnic country. The Qin Dynasty was the first of two thousand years of imperial rule, and all subsequent regulations and systems originated from this. Among them, the ethnic management system is no exception. The national and ethnic management system formed during the special historical period of Qin and Han Dynasties had a profound impact on that time and later generations. Among them, the ethnic management systems represented by the national system and the Tao system are the most representative.
