"The Castle" is Kafka's most distinctive and important novel (unfinished). The work tells the story of the protagonist K. Who applied for a job as a land surveyor in the castle. After traveling long distances and crossing many snowy roads, he finally arrived at a poor village under the jurisdiction of the castle in the middle of the night. In the village guest house, the exhausted K met all kinds of people, all of whom were civilians struggling at the bottom of society.
