About This Novel
In order to pay for his younger brother's tuition, Lu Xingchen, who comes from a poor family, received a special evening job to read to Wen Muyang, a kid from a wealthy family, and help him sleep. This man who looks like a high school student, but is actually a doctor of biology from an Ivy League university in the United States, was blinded by a wild adventure accident. He has lived in seclusion since then and his personality has changed drastically. The cold and picky genius encounters the energetic girl who dropped out of college. The two have a series of negative conflicts due to their completely different personalities, concepts and aesthetics. What Lu Xingchen didn't expect was that she would not only get close to Wen Muyang, but also the ulterior past. Along with Wen Muyang's love came a sinister conspiracy.
