About This Novel
This book is Jia Pingwa's twenty-first work after "The Story of the Qinling Mountains" and "The Biography of Rivers and Mountains". This new novel is written by Jia Pingwa who walked out of his study, stepped on the earth, and used real materials. During the collecting period, he returned to Shangzhou again and walked through more than a dozen counties and towns, more than 30 villages, and went to the Yellow River, Weihe River, Jinghe River, Tianzhu Mountain, Canglong Ridge and other places. On the hard and bumpy road of collecting wind, he saw the prosperity of everything, and felt more clearly the spirit of loyalty of the ancients. The book is divided into four parts and ninety-three chapters, from the vastness of the Yellow River at the beginning to the detailed stories of the human world at the end, showing the author's ultimate control of macro and micro.
