About This Novel
If it doesn't involve my hands, I'm basically no different from ordinary people. What I mean is that life, eating, drinking, eating and drinking, is no less than ordinary people. I do what others do. Based on my brain, I may not do worse than others. My problem is mainly with my hands. When I was twenty, I lost both hands in an accidental car accident. I originally had a pair of dexterous hands. I used to write with my hands, make origami airplanes, hit glass marbles with my hands, scratch my itch, pick out earwax and so on. I have never been grateful. Who gave me a pair of dexterous hands? Now that I have no hands, I have no regrets. Gains and losses are all God's destiny. Fortunately, hands are not an indispensable tool in life. There are many things that can be done with hands or without hands. It's just a matter of changing the way you deal with the problem.
