Something seemed to be floating on the water. The water flow is only five or six meters wide, flowing quietly and slowly going south. The thing on the water did not go upstream or push forward, but just drifted quietly in the middle of the water with the current. That thing was not a leaf or an empty bottle, it was much larger. It is about two meters long and half a meter wide. It is dark blue all over. There is a clump of black at the end in the direction of the forward direction. It floats with the water like seaweed. "Report, the target mentioned in the alarm was found. I am now at Seigenin Bridge, and the thing is floating downstream along the water. I will make a further report later." Ichida was nervously communicating with the police station. That thing flowing down the river is a human being. It was a man wearing a dark blue sportswear suit, with his hands stretched out in front of him, lying face down on the water. What first looked like seaweed was his hair.
