Killing like crazy
This random killing was also close to death for Poirot. It's hard to judge this heroine. It's dangerous to hero-worship a person. It's best to build your happiness on a rock.
I don't understand the plot of a novel very much
It is similar to the movie Lolita, which tells the story of how a young, charming and daring girl seduces an honest and poor middle-aged man, making him fascinated and enjoying herself. I feel that this way of writing blurs the real unequal power relations caused by the huge differences in age and social status. I feel that my grandma at least wrote about the hypocritical and selfish little faces of these "poor" middle-aged men.
