It's normal for normal people to not believe in the existence of poisonous things at first. It wasn't until my character was poisoned by the golden silkworm poison by my grandmother that I discovered that they really exist.
This grandma probably wanted her grandson to pass on the Gu art, so she told him that before she died. With a do-or-die attitude, my character had to surrender to the poison in order to survive.
The poison inside the body is really painful, as if it is eating the internal organs of a person, which is unbearable. Unfortunately, I couldn't get rid of the poison for a while. When the poison took effect, my face looked so ugly that I looked like I was no longer human.
