The director of a hospital in Setagaya, Tokyo, was called out by a phone call and reappeared as a corpse. The dean was stabbed with a sharp weapon and had two circles of wire wrapped around his neck. The trick is not bad. After seeing the motive for the murder, I felt that several people in the hospital really deserved to die. The misdiagnosis was originally excusable, but for the sake of reputation,
