I hope the author will revise it. Aunt Sumala rarely touches water in her life. She takes a bath once a year and drinks the bath water. She is afraid of wasting water. I would never wash my feet at night.
It's so ugly
A very good book. The intrigues and true feelings in the palace are gripping. The relationship between the emperor and Lan Qi is described. It moved me to tears several times

It's a bit of a pity. Although it is said to be close to history [it seems like this when reading the comments], I am not very happy when the male protagonist favors the little palace maid. I think it is better for both male and female protagonists to be clean (´・_・`)
History turns out to be so interesting
How many books are there?
People who have feelings are also the most ruthless. Whether the two women are sad or happy, they have long been tightly held in the hands of that person.
There seem to be seven physical books. I have been reading them for two weeks and there are still 2,000 pages left. ?9?8
Nice. Worth a look.
