The Ghost Tower was built at the end of the Tokugawa period by Tokaiya Ichibei, a wealthy man from Kyushu. With a fanatical hobby for clocks, he decided to build an unprecedentedly complex clock tower. However, when the clock tower was completed, Tokaiya Shirobei suddenly disappeared mysteriously. Time came to the early years of Taisho. The 26-year-old young man Kitagawa Mitsuo was entrusted by his uncle Tamaki Taro to inspect the bell tower. However, he met a mysterious woman here. She always stood in front of the clock tower where ghosts were said to wander and felt sad. Embracing secrets, she deeply attracted Kitagawa Mitsuo. Regardless of any dissuasion, Kitagawa Mitsuo decided to get close to this mysterious woman. Unexpectedly, he was involved in a shocking conspiracy.

Superfluous plot. The male protagonist is such a scumbag, he only cares about his face and talks all kinds of things. The mystery of the bell tower and the revelation of one's life experience are average.
