Jane Eyre
About This Novel
Jane Eyre became an orphan since she was a child and was fostered in her uncle's house. After her uncle's death, she suffered all kinds of unfair treatment in this strange family. Her aunt sent her to boarding school and left her to die. Jane Eyre received six years of education here, and taught here for two years after graduation. Then Jane Eyre went to Thornfield Manor to work as a governess. In the process of getting along with her master Mr. Rochester, she was attracted by his kindness and passion and quickly fell in love. Then she agreed to Mr. Rochester's proposal. The sudden romantic love made Jane Eyre feel sweet and happy, but she ignored the strange phenomena that had been happening around her: frightening strange laughter came from time to time in the late night of the castle; Mr. Rochester's bedroom caught fire in the middle of the night, and his secretive attitude was suspicious; one night before the wedding, a black figure appeared in Jane Eyre's house and tore her wedding veil to pieces.
