Qin Chunquan is my first boss. That day I came out of Brother Shi's house. I didn't go very far on my bicycle when I came across a factory. I told the gatekeeper that I was looking for a job. He said that you were looking for the wrong one. It was the Hengji Industrial over there that was recruiting engineers. The deputy manager of Henderson received me. I showed a bunch of red certificates that I brought with me. His eyes lit up on the spot and he said, "Wait a moment." He turned around and walked in. When the deputy manager brought me to see Boss Qin, he was looking at my pile of certificates. The pile of certificates really convinced the Hong Kong boss that he had found a real talent. Then, Boss Qin said a series of words to the deputy manager who looked like a rural teacher in words I couldn't understand. The deputy manager collected the pile of certificates on the table, led me into a room that looked like the boss's office, arranged for me to sit down on the sofa, returned the certificates to me, and said, "Wait a minute, the boss wants to talk to you."
