Lao Mao and Can Can, who were specially trained by the Southwest Special Forces during the "Regional Week", were exposed during a mission. Lao Mao's identity was revealed, leading to a fierce battle. Can Can's attempt to save Lao Mao resulted in a head injury and impaired intelligence. The grieving old cat became a hot pot restaurant owner in a small town in order to take care of Can Can, but because of Xiao Qian, it caused a turmoil in the town. In order to get the dock, Magnum not only arrested Xiao Qian and Can Can, but also killed the local snake Wan Kun. Wan Kun's subordinate Rotten Tooth Boy discovered that Magnum occupied their dock not only for business, but for the purpose of human trafficking of women. After learning that Can Can and Xiao Qian were killed by Magnum, Lao Mao regained his military spirit and decided to wipe out Magnum and others. Finally, he met with the Long Knife Team who got the news and destroyed Magnum in one fell swoop.
