Complete Works of Flaubert's Novels
by I
About This Novel
Flaubert was a 19th-century French realist novelist. He has been engaged in writing all his life, but the number of finished products is not very large. Including the unfinished novel "Bovard and Pécuchet", there are only five novels and three short stories in total. However, these few works are enough to make him surpass many writers of his generation and enter the ranks of masters. This set of books is the complete collection of his novels, divided into three volumes: the first volume contains "Madame Bovary" and "Salembo"; the middle volume contains "Emotional Education" and "The Temptation of Saint Anthony"; the second volume contains "Three Stories" and "Bovart and Pécuchet".

But Flaubert is actually quite smart. He was able to compile a tabloid on his own at the age of 13. At 13 years old like us, we really can't do anything. I know there is quite a gap in this comparison.
Sometimes your idol may be the starting point of your life, but your parents will always be by your side, just like Flaubert. If it is her idol and he appreciates Hugo, he will naturally learn some of Hugo's excellent qualities. Why not do this?
The developmental status of Flaubert and his brothers are indeed very different, because their father's expectations are also very different. Even when Flaubert was a child, it was not easy. He only started to learn letters when he was nine years old.
