About This Novel
The story tells that Yang Luchan lived in Guangping Prefecture in southern Hebei Province and worked as a farmer. She inherited the legacy of her ancestors. She had a good life and a wealthy family, but she was born weak and sickly since childhood. His father doted on the weak son and feared that he would die, so he taught Yang Luchan.
