Reading this book for the first time. Admire the last two characters. One is the male protagonist, and the other is his later wife. Strickland had a rough life, but what did that mean to him? He didn't care about this at all, so he couldn't hear his complaints and self-pity at all! His life is only used to do one thing - follow his heart, not force or rebel. His only mission is to follow himself, and that's all he does. Success is not his goal! At the end of his life, he may have seen a flash of inspiration. At that moment, he gained the meaning of his coming to this world, and he was very satisfied! Atta should be an ordinary woman who is illiterate and doesn't understand what art is. He couldn't be called in love with Strickland, could he? But she was loyal to him. Just because he was her husband, she had no hesitation and was willing to sacrifice herself, her children and her life to be with him and the God of Death. She only obeyed him because he was her husband. This may be her belief. In this belief, loving and being loved is not something she considers. Staying together and never leaving is what she should do. It should be natural and right! There may be only that kind of communication in their lives... But what does it matter, he is her husband. Living a pure life may be the best way to achieve perfection!

As the author said, "Doing what you most want to do, living the life you want, and being calm, how can it be called practicing yourself? Being a famous surgeon, earning a million pounds a year, and marrying a beautiful wife is success? I think it depends on how you view the meaning of life."

The moon represents lofty ideals, and six pence represents six cents of RMB. When ideals and reality collided, Oscar Wilde chose his ideals and gave up the good life he originally had. He lived a life of poverty because of his ideals. After going through many ups and downs, he finally created immortal works.

We ordinary people probably would not be like Oscar Wilde. After having a happy family and a successful career, it is impossible for us to give up all these and live a life of hardship. Because we are not sure whether we will succeed in the end, but in fact success does not seem to be that important. In the process of persisting in completing his ideal, perhaps Oscar?6?1 Wilde was already very happy.

I just wrote a long book review and I don't know why I didn't show it. Is it because I wrote romance novels just to say this book is good?

Oscar?6?1 When Oscar Wilde wrote "I don't want to make a living, I want to live." With these words, he was probably already planning everything that would follow. Geniuses are naturally not easy to come by. They not only need courage, but also the spirit to persevere and endure hardship. Even if they are spurned by others, they still maintain their original aspirations. This kind of spirit is difficult for most people to achieve, so geniuses are only a minority, and more are ordinary people.
