About This Novel
The story is set in a small village in the south. It tells the story of Wutong, a third-grade girl, who accidentally discovered two dragon eggs on a mountain called "Big Summit" during her winter vacation when she went out to observe life. Unexpectedly, one of the dragon eggs was cruelly smashed by Wutong's grandmother on the grounds of being unlucky, and a young cyan dragon hatched out of it in advance. The appearance of the dragon caused many strange things, not only causing pregnant women in the village to give birth prematurely, but also causing flightless silk moths to suddenly rush to the "Big Summit" at night. In order to find out the cause of the incident, Wutong and his classmate Lu Lu climbed the mountain at night holding another dragon egg to find the truth... This is a long novel with a fairy tale nature, describing a group of portraits in a small southern village, and trying to outline the complexity of human emotions. In ordinary life, there are actually "girls riding dragons" everywhere.
