1965, As Gorge, Provence. This is a country that belongs to childhood, or to be more precise, it is a country that belongs to children, a lonely child, a lost child. 12-Year-old Beike lives with his parents in a gas station. He is a unique child. His language skills are limited and he is often laughed at by other children in the class. His teacher also suggested that he be sent to a special school. Beike was very worried that one day his parents would really send him away and no longer care about him, but that day came anyway. Curious about the smell of cigarettes, Shell accidentally set fire to the bushes, and his parents were tempted to send him away. In fear, Beike quietly left home. On the first morning after leaving home, he met an equally "strange" little girl Vivian, and Beike's true understanding of the outside world began.
