About This Novel
The summer of 1990 AD. Fifty-year-old Wang Changfa owns a small wooden-hulled boat and hired three boatmen to lower crab nets to catch swimming crabs weighing two to three pounds each, with gray lids and white bellies. Swimming crabs are delicious and are eaten by rich and poor alike. They are a high-end variety of seafood. Every day, they cast more than fifty pieces of net, winding for several nautical miles. When a tide passes (about six hours), the nets begin to be pulled out, and the swimming crabs with their claws and scissors emerge one after another from the water to show off their power. The daily harvest is more than 2,000 kilograms, which is sold for more than 4,000 yuan. Very good benefits! However, the good times did not last long, and something interfered with it. In the end, it was impossible to do anything, and the ship had to be stopped. The disturbing thing is the jellyfish.
