This book is one of the "Seventh Series of New Century Writers", which includes representative works of short stories and short stories by young writer Sun Pin. Most of Sun Pin's novels take "little people" as the protagonists, and many readers may be able to find reflections of themselves or those around them in these characters. Most of them come from lower classes and work hard all their lives. Maybe they have hidden illnesses and have to struggle to make a living; maybe they are trapped in the mountains and their lives are boring; maybe they make mistakes and their fortunes take a turn for the worse; or they lack love in childhood and behave eccentrically, but they are pitiable. When I read Sun Pin's novel, my gut felt painful, but I couldn't help but want to read it; I knew it was fantasy, but I had to take it seriously. The book has fluent language, strong storytelling, and high aesthetic and artistic value.
