About This Novel

The book selects a total of 263 poems and rhymes from the Book of Songs so far, including 237 poems before the Qing Dynasty and 26 poems since the Republic of China (25 poems by 21 people in the non-public edition). The style is basically in the order of "Introduction to the Author\u002F Works" - "Brief Notes" - "Comments" (anything is missing), which is relatively regular. In terms of content, most of the selected authors are important authors in the history of literature, and the versions on which the documents are based are relatively reliable; the "Introduction" and "Brief Notes" refer to the popular annotations, which are less original, but generally accurate, and the details need to be checked; the "Comments" have no academic or literary value and are at the level of popular readings in middle schools. However, introducing the geography and literature of Chang'an from the perspective of Chang'an can also be regarded as a writing method.
