The protagonist, Mr. Wayne, has lived in an old house for generations and owns a library. One day, Wayne discovered a strange creature looking for an exit in the library. Wayne followed the bird-like Mr. Raven (Mr. Crow) and came to another world through a magic mirror. Wayne was shocked by this world: there were skeletal ghosts dancing and fighting; there were forests where stupid giants and ignorant "dwarfs" lived; and there were hazy swamps where female leopards were looking for babies and charming women were waiting to be discovered...
