About This Novel
It collects the author's articles on the study of historical materials, divided into five columns: overview, visual historical materials, biography, chronology, diary, letters, compilation, local chronicles, archives, and interpretation of historical materials. The research is not limited to the study of historical materials of Qing history, but also covers the historical materials of China's general history, from the Han Dynasty to the contemporary period. It aims to understand the value of historical materials of various document genres, paying special attention to Chinese social history historical materials and visual historical materials.
