About This Novel
In March 2020, 74-year-old Michael Rosen was infected with the new coronavirus and woke up after a long coma. During his stay in intensive care, there was a notebook at the end of his bed, where the nurses and volunteers who cared for him left words of love, encouragement and hope. His wife's steadfast love, the protection of nurses and volunteers, and Grandpa Rosen's own tenacious will took him out of the "valley of the shadow of death", broke through the prison of death and darkness, and embarked on the long road to recovery.
