The "Centenary Anniversary of Mao Dun's Arrival in Shanghai and the 10th National Mao Dun Research Association Annual Conference" jointly sponsored by the China Mao Dun Research Association, Shanghai Writers Association, and East China Normal University was held at East China Normal University in 2016. This conference received more than 100 papers.
