About This Novel

"Madame Bovary" is the famous and representative work of the French writer Flaubert, and it is also a landmark work in the history of French literature. Emma is the daughter of a farm owner who pursues a romantic and elegant life. After she married the country doctor Charles Bovary, she found that life was far from what she expected.
