Worth a look
Excerpted from Chapter 3: "When we are happy, memories will waste our time enjoying happiness. When we are unhappy, the good things in memories will only make us more miserable.".
Excerpted from Chapter 3: ""Thinking about the past" will not save us the lost time or earn back the glory of yesterday. It will only peel off our pride and show our weaknesses and wounds.".
I don't quite agree with this part.
Comparison between people is a bad culture. But comparison between countries only promotes people's patriotism. If we never compare, how can China today gain a foothold in the world? If we don't compare, how can we catch up. Today's China is stronger, we must be more confident and patriotic.
