About This Novel
"Traces of Literature" is a compilation of essays by Professor Huang Jianhua of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. It includes Professor Huang's articles on literary translation, French literature, academic research methods, etc. These articles include prefaces and forewords written by the author for compilation or translation of books, as well as narrative articles inspired by his feelings, which are collected into volumes by the author himself and become anthologies. The manuscript is divided into three series. The first series is an introduction and evaluation of Liang Zongdai's works; the second series is essays on literary translation; and the third series is essays with different themes.
