About This Novel
"Jane Eyre" is the masterpiece of the famous British female novelist Charlotte Bronte. Jane Eyre, who was born into poverty, lost her parents at an early age and was bullied by others. The hard life in boarding school made her stubborn and strong. When she was working as a governess in Thornfield, she fell in love with the eccentric male master Rochester. And just as they were holding their wedding, she discovered that Rochester also had a wife who suffered from genetic mental illness and had been locked in the attic. Desperate Jane Eyre left Thornfield, and when she faced her heart again and returned to Thornfield, she found that the place was in ruins.
